I’m a Toronto-based naturopathic doctor who believes health should be both evidence-based and realistic. My approach blends modern science with traditional therapies to create individualized, sustainable plans that fit your lifestyle. My goal is to help you understand your body, cut through the noise around wellness, and feel confident in your health decisions.
My journey to naturopathic medicine began after completing my Bachelor of Science. I was unsure about what direction I wanted to take next, and it wasn’t until I saw a naturopathic doctor for my own unresolved health concerns that everything clicked. For the first time, I felt heard. Someone wanted to understand why I was feeling the way I was. That experience inspired how I practice today: with curiosity, empathy, and attention to the full picture.
With a background in neuroscience and certification as a personal trainer, I have a deep appreciation for how the body and mind work together. Over time, my passion for strength training evolved into a focus on performance optimization, recovery, and women’s health through all stages of life.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find me lifting at the gym, biking along the waterfront, or exploring new restaurants around Toronto with my lovely partner.

My educational journey began at Carleton University where I earned my BSc in Neuroscience and Mental Health with a Minor in Psychology.
I then went on to complete my Doctorate of Naturopathy at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. During my 4th year clinical internship at the Schad Naturopathic Clinic, I received focused training on a weekly clinic shift dedicated to Sports Medicine cases.
During my time at CCNM, I received my certification as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise.
